Hi everyone!
How can we make sure that we are applying sustainability principles when we are implementing Training and Development Projects? What can be some sources to learn from?

Hi Imran,

Can you provide specific concerns related to sustainability and also some more details on type of projects you are dealing with?

Hi Sreepathi! Of course!

I am thinking about the projects that are designed and implemented for capacity building for certain target groups. For instance, if I am training IT professionals of a firm on change management or cultural intelligence, in the designing of the training and the implementation of it how can we apply sustainability principles with regards to people, profit and planet? Is there any checklist or any cases from which we can learn?

Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing

You can read this book and integrate concepts into project management:
"Sustainability Integration for Effective Project Management", edited by Gilbert Silvius and Jennifer

There is GPM® P5 ™ Standard for Sustainability in Project Management

If you go for "Green Project Management®" you will find a lot of information on the topic.
