Hi Sreepathi. Welcome!
Definitely take a few minutes to navigate around for available options and sections. Lots of content to consume; articles, webinars, blogs, discussions, polls, etc.
My recommendation would be to just jump into the discussions. There are a handful of regular contributors that are always willing to engage in a variety of discussions. We would love to have additional individuals in the mix; different experiences, perspectives, backgrounds, ... Saving Changes...

Dear Sreepathi Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing
I can talk about my experience.
Every year ProjectManagement.com hosts 4 online conferences: - PMXPO - PMI Organizational Agility Conference - PMI Business Analysis Conference - PMI Talent and Technology Symposium
Also usually organizes the Chapter Leader Orientation for people who are part of the leadership of chapters
You can watch webinars by selecting the topics that matter most to you
In "Topics" you can select the themes that are most important to you (by subject area)
In "COMMUNITY" you can select: - Discussions - Blogs - Polls - PMwars - Headliners
You can answer the questions in the PMchallenge
You have a lot to choose from :-)

Welcome to this great community. Posting your question here and starting a discussion thread is the first right step as it will help you meet community members, connect with them. Few things I could advice:
1- Participate in discussion threads / blogs and share you opinion.
2- Create your own blog and start blogging.
3- Don’t feel shy to ask, you can always post relevant thoughts as questions but before that, check and see if similar questions were asked before.
4- You have access to endless webinars, articles and templates.
5- You have access to the latest news and conferences.
The benefits of being part of this community might not appear right away but you will notice it over time.
Good Luck and looking forward to seeing you more active in this community. We are here to help you.

Many things to go through and learn as per your interest and topics. You have to give some time on a daily base to learn and share your knowledge with others in this community.
You can select "topics" as per your wish and the "Knowledge and Tools" Section helps you to select topics interested in knowledge-wise and also many wonderful tools which will help to manage things in a better way. Saving Changes...
Start connecting and share what you know
(its the best things I've done).

Work your way through the menus. You can also work on completing badges. (Some of them are now obsolete.) That's a good way to increase your experience of the site. Saving Changes...
