This idea came to me after reading a question from Sreepathi: "Maximizing the benefits from this site?" (Thank you dear Sreepathi for inspiring me) Saving Changes...
I used to lean from other thought, knowledge and I used to ask if I need more assistance on some clues participate in some thought and and tried to be a professional and always educate/improve myself on the PM.

For now I've started reading John Doerr's book "Measure What Matters - Okrs: The Simple Idea That Drives 10x Growth"... we'll see where it leads :)
