The book is over 300 pages and teaches BPI via a case study. All the templates and forms are covered in the text along with estimating techniques and more.
I am in the process of creating a new edition (out Q2 - 2010) of the book that will incorporate performance score cards, and how to identify underlying IT requirements and the effort needed to design, build, test and implement those requirements.
