That is pretty cool and similar to what the U.S. introduced under Obama with the Data.gov initiative.

We are still just scratching the surface of what is possible - Estonia is a good example of a country which has prioritized online service delivery with the necessary underlying data hygiene.

From a federal government perspective, we are officially a bilingual country and all such services from the federal government must be provided to citizens in both official languages. Even within the workforce, there a now a big push to have most positions classified as bilingual.
