Dear Rajon
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing
I would love to talk about "Delta Methodology", but I confess that this is the first time I hear about this methodology
I will be attentive to this your post.

If you are talking about the model created by the MIT I have used it when I performed as business analyst (to specify a rol) when I perform the activity called "strategy analysis" or "needs analysis" depending on the organization you take the standard, including it I teached the model when I performed courses on the matter. We used it as a mean to implement value management focus on solution creation activities.

Dear Sergio,
Very sorry for late reply.
Yes, you are absolutely correct. Can you send me some docs so that I can go through the same.
If you published one blog for the same also it will be very helpful for me.
Thanks,
Rajon

I do not remember who created it. What I remember it was inside the MIT because the company where I worked had a partnetship with the MIT and some people like me worked inside the MIT locations. Delta method was based on Porter´s Five Forces which is the other method we used a lot. Some people saw it as an alternative but at the end all these stuff was when the "customer first" and "value driven" focus took more relevance.

I have not heard of the Delta Methodology per see before but that is not to say that part of it or all of the methodology has found its way into other teaching principles or methodologies that are out there. The only information that I could find relating to Delta Methodology is an approach that takes a zero tolerance to errors as they have a cascading effect on the life of a project. Please share with us any learning and findings that you come across yourself.

Like Daire, I would welcome more information on the methodology. Saving Changes...
I have not heard of this. However, would be a keen observer. The linke https://www.matrixforce.com/about/delta-methodology talks about solving problems using Empathy, Science , and Acumen. Generally speaking, this is an approach (though never heard of the term Delta Methodology) we apply in our daily life too. Is there a specific application area this is preferred to be used in?
