Delta Methodology

Hi All,

Anybody has specific experience on Delta Methodology?

Want to acquire some knowledge on that.

If you are talking about the model created by the MIT I have used it when I performed as business analyst (to specify a rol) when I perform the activity called "strategy analysis" or "needs analysis" depending on the organization you take the standard, including it I teached the model when I performed courses on the matter. We used it as a mean to implement value management focus on solution creation activities.

No problem. If you search inside the MIT you will find case studies. I used it but we keep Porter´s Five Forces instead of Delta. I wrote an article time ago about a practical use to create solutions that was published by the PMI and the IIBA as "best practice" but in the article I mentioned the Five Forces, not Delta.

very sorry for delayed reply.

I am also eager to know the same. Everybody has shared valuable feedback on this regards.

I have very less docs in my hand as of now.

As it's very rigorous & few implementation in real world I need to go through more on this. It's very new for me also. One of Sr. Manager told me about this.

However, I will share a details analysis on the same. ASAP.
