Exchanging experiences is a great way to learn from others and to gather new ideas.

So, as the new year is beginning:
- Did you face any ethical issues in your projects last year?
- How did you solve them?
- What are the lessons learnt you could share with us?

Let's share experiences, even the painful ones!

Dear Fábio
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing

I recently created a topic about Fairness and Project Management

https://www.projectmanagement.com/discussi...t=asc&pageNum=1

To be able to behave in line with the PMI Code of Ethics is essential:
1. Read the code of ethics
2. Understand the Code of Ethics Principles well
3. Talk about (debate) the Code of Ethics Principles (deepen our knowledge)
4. Know Ethical Decision-Making Framework
5. Be aligned with the Code of Ethics Principles and the Ethical Decision-Making Framework

Since the vast majority of Project Managers (in our community) simply "click the button", we are witnessing non-alignment with the Code of Ethics Principles every day.
That's true, thanks Luis!
