1) Plethora of experiences
2) Broader wealth of knowledge and access to experts
3) Multicultural views
4) Mostly unbiased views (either from office politics and/or direct personal gain)
Respect your #3 Joao definitely with you on this too, thank you for pointing out this should be one of the top in the list!

2) Understand from interdisciplinary perspective and unbiased view.
