EPMO maturity assessment

Does anyone have experience doing/taking an EPMO or Program Management maturity assessment? I have done one in the past for a PMO, but when searching I cannot seem to find an EPMO specific assessment.

We are moving from an IT PMO to a EPMO and transitioning from a focus on project management to program management. I would like to develop a road map on where we should focus and base it off of industry recommendations.

They are not available in a easily digestible format like excel.

But the main thing is that I signed not to share them.
