CONTEXT:
I have PDU's I've been wanting to report (some as old as 2016 and I'll to use these as extreme example), they are already earned because I did a course accrediting those PDUs (MARCOR Enterprise Advisor, REP ID: 3130, ACTIVITY: DMPP01, Mexico city nov 2016).
Under the old PMI webpage the provider was listed, but there was no option to select it and all the times I tried contacting by mail the PMI I never got a response.
I thought that there would have been issues fixed at least under the new layout redesign but that's not the case.
PROBLEM:
When checking https://www.projectmanagement.com/ there is no option to report PDU's, only 'PDU's awarded' by webinars are shown, and the option to 'report PDU's not gained in the site only shows you basically an image of the education triangle and tells you to go to https://ccrs.pmi.org.
There it only shows 'Course Catalog' for webinars and there is still no option to report PDU's.
Worse. If you check the 'Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Handbook', which is basically the only document supposed to have info on how to report the PDU's, it tells you to back to the CCRS site, which again, it only shows the 'Course Catalog'.
So how/where are PDU's reported now? Saving Changes...

UPDATE 2021... No solution yet.
I can now enter all the information in, but when I try to report the course, the site shows me a message in red at the bottom that says 'Enter valid PDU amounts.' But there is no field to report the number of PDUs. Saving Changes...

Interesting problem... I've recently successfully submitted PDUs for a couple of chapter lunch & learn. I do see the PDUs Claimed box at the bottom. I have no problem entering specific amounts against PMP. For my ACP, SP and RMP, I can only enter a value under the Technical talent box. The Leadership and Strategic boxes for those certifications simply take the value entered for the PMP. Saving Changes...
I am experiencing a problem each time I try to report PDUs. I am logged in to my PMI account and I go to my dashboard from where I navigate to the Report PDUs section. The moment I click on the Report PDUs button I am signed out and directed to a coarse catalog page. Initially I thought there might be some bug, however this is happening for more then a month now.
Appreciate your help with a potential solution.
