Benefits realization management

Hello All,
I am managing a Program. It has 4 projects. 1 already closed & 3 in early stages. At the start of the program I did not do the Benefits Realization Management - plan / tracking/ etc.

The question is, am I too late to do it now? What should I keep in my mind if I start it at this point.
