I am working on to establish stage reviews using readiness scorecard tool, to enhance stage containment. (Outcome of the Test Assessment) any comment please , ideas?

Before going to a tool, what are the readiness assessment questions?

Are the questions based on entrance and exit criteria?

Is the assessment based on other frameworks?

In my doctoral research, I spent a lot of time validating assessment questions before building a tool. Let me know your questions and I'd be happy to provide feedback.
