I am trying to establish test automation services to develop automated components and tests using HP Business Processing Testing (BPT) and Quicktest Professional Tool (QTP). (Outcome of the Test Assessment) any one have any idea how I will able to execute this? any recommendetions?

You should first develop a quality management plan that include your objectives and vision for what you ant to accomplish by using QTP and BPT. The tool should support your strategy, not the other way around.
