As we have introduced a number of new processes, tools, roles with project activity, how do we accelerate the learning for team members as they on-board?
Taking a very quick look we have added the following....
PDM4SAP +
Solution Manager - Issue Management
Solution Manager - BPH
ARIS
RBE+
SharePoint Collaboration
Roles -
BPA, BPx, Solution Architect, TPM
we embrace and applaud the changes but we have to find a way to accelerate the team learning and use of the tools. Some sort of road map that indicates what tools are in play, which ones I should be using, etc.... any suggestions? Saving Changes...

Hi,
Congratulations on all of the changes, sound like you are making good progress! Commonly, I find the best way to have understanding as to when to use a tool is to hit the communication in many different formats. Common techniques I have used successfully are as follows:
1. A 2 hour overview for the changes and what it means to you.
2. A 8 hour review with 4 hours in an afternoon followed by 4 hours the subsequent.
3. An agreement to align adoption of the changes with employee performance reviews from the management.
4. Several brown bags for open forums on questions for the changes.
5. Teaming of the unexperience in the change with those who have already adopted an advocate the change.
6. Marketing campaign on new successes for using the change
7. Process Improvement Reviews with suggestions from those understanding and adopting the changes. Make sure tehre is a wayh to implement the best suggestions.
8. A measurable metric which aligns to managerial accountability for the employee's adoption of the change. This metric should be communicated at least bi-weekly.
