Hi Elyse: I think all the suggestions you have provided are excellent, and thank you.
The issue here is that we have introduced so much change, have expanded the original group well beyond the initial intended audience that it is not feasible to take 8-10 hours per topic area to understand each area.
The other challenge we have is without a high-level contextual view of how all this comes together to support the work effort (in practice and not on slides).
Do you have any techniques that you have utilized that can get, lets say 100 new people up to speed on the 10 critical tools / directions in a short time frame? Is this the brown bag idea? Saving Changes...

A quick question on this topic, who is the group of 100? Is it a leadership team or staff? Are they the high performers?
Perhaps in this case it is best to segment and group according to challenges....
