Great question, from my side, I need to improve my:
1- Listening Skills by listening more.
2- Overthinking Habit but not taking everything personal.
Both contributes towards improving leadership and communication skill.

Dear Eli
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing it
I have a very similar opinion to Rami
1. Empathic Listening
If the communication elements are: Transmitter-Receiver- Channel- Message (encoding and decoding) - Feedback- Context (Medium)
And if the responsibility of communication lies with the issuer
Once you already practice empathic listening
2- Communicate fully

And "communicate fully" means what precisely? I have a background / training in coaching, and as such my coaching methodology include competencies in the areas of 1) communication = stating clearly what you expect; expressing thoughts/ideas clearly; maintaining constant two-way flow of info; 2) feedback = letting others know how well they have performed & if they've met your needs; and I would add 3) checking for / confirming understanding. So which would be the need under the umbrella term of "communicate fully"? Please note, I am not being sarcastic. I am seeking clarification, since communication (IMHO) involves sharing info, getting feedback and checking for understanding. Thank you for your input.

Dear Eli
Interesting your question
The vast majority of people focus on what they will answer ...
doesn't focus on what they are hearing
Communicating fully is focusing on what you are hearing
The vast majority of people don't care how the caller can decode your message
Communicating fully is using the appropriate language for the caller
Despite the background / training in coaching they have
