Would people be interested in MS Access database templates for managing project info in a PMO for example?

We find that we are maintaining giant spreadsheets to keep track of who is assigned to different roles, and the tools the projects need for their activities and customers. A lot of the information could be from lists in the excel file, which means it could be separate database tables. I want some data relationships defined, with a data dictionary, nd I think that information could be reused for other organizations trying to keep track of lots of projects.

Why re-invent the wheel when there are lots of third party EPM solutions out there which capture such info?

I agree with Kiron, however, a well-designed database can help.
