When do you hear about project management quality that you think about?

Quality Management Processes?

Products, services and / or results according to customer requirements?

I think of 3 perspectives when looking at quality and project management. And I define quality as meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.

1. how - how the project was run, was it predictive, safe, comfortable. And a sub-question is how good stakeholder expectations were managed.

2. what - the result or product of the project, does it satisfy the stakeholders expectations, is it fit for use?

3. why - the purpose of the project and the product, which often is the case if the expected benefits were realized and the value from them can be delivered over time (which often is not in the power of the project manager and might not be the case even if there is a high quality product)

Project management quality for is the quality of project management processes and its effective implementation into projects.

This is expected that the project management quality is matured enough to fulfill the customers requirement with desired product or service outcome.
It is not then we need to improve upon it by defining new best practices and processes.
