If you are looking for online courses then check Udemy, there is a good course for Joseph Philips.

If you are looking for in person coaching, I suggest you contact your local PMI chapter. Most local chapters provide mentoring and training.

Also, google image search: EVM Map by PM Prolearn. It gives a different way to remember formulas.
