I want to be up to date with technology, which PM software can you recommend in 2020?
I prefer a software which responds to community development projects (Municipal Solid Waste Management).
Thanks

Dear Mbuih
Interesting your question
Thanks for the answer
You have several options to choose from (just search the internet)

Have you tried Microsoft Project 2019 in the cloud?

Everybody has their own personal preference and if you do a search on the internet you will find different views, as you would with all software. I would suggest that you compile a list of your own CSF's. What would you like to see in such a platform and also how much are you prepared to sacrifice for each CSF? You mention one preference that you need to be more specific on.

BTW one CSF that you would want to consider is adoption. You mention a specific industry and your ability to share what you do with this community is important. Is there any preference/s within this industry?

The "best" software is the software that fits for your defined project management process. If not, you are getting a nightmare instead of a tool. With that said, things like Azure DevOps could help.

Best is subjective and fleeting....

Understand the needs (now and future), find the 'best' fit to match those needs. Make sure to include the organization in this decision; Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Management, Compliance, IT Security....

Best is truly subjective.
