For example, the IT project manager will be accountable for delivering the system, the business project manager will be accountable for delivering the adoption of the system and the benefits of the system.

In other cases the business project manager (different model) is responsible for the budget and is the representative of the project sponsir. The IT pm reports to him/her. In this model the business pm has the responsibility has the full responsibility for the project
