My condolences to his loved ones... He certainly left a legacy in this world...
Funny thing is that I read his book "The Innovator's Dilemma" while in my last year in college for a class assignment... While most colleagues didn't pay much attention to it (because the only available version in the library was in English), I found it very insightful.
Years later I bought the Portuguese translation for some Innovation workshops I was attending, and it created an even stronger impression in me.
To this day it remains highly placed in my bookshelf and I'm probably going to give it a go for the third time :)
