Onlne CAPM exam and problem with web site,s server

Hi,
I planned for online exam after i paid 225 usd$
I have adhered all procedures and followed every small piece however
I could not begin the exam as time was run out.
When i tried to log to my account of pmi.org i got a fair message saying #The problem was not with my computer nor internet speed but it was with web site,s server.they apologized for that#
this good and fair.
However i should write to [email protected] to subtitute a reschedule WITHOUT paying again the 225 USD $ becuz their problem.
Do you think they will give another reschedule exam without payment??
I need your thought on this issue?
