Hi Luis: In my work, co-creation means working with our consumers along the way to make sure we are building what they expect. With that said, yes I believe this should definitely be applied to projects and project management.

I'd suggest that adaptive approaches, design thinking and many other methods and models we use to deliver projects incorporate the principle of co-creation.
