3)Z is also very good and experience Database developer.

Situation:

I have worked on solo Projects and some large scale projects. To my understanding small team success rate depends on the risk Y and Z are willing to take inorder to complete the project in time.

If you have a plan which is developed by X or Y then X should consult/review it by an SME.

X must be involve in every aspect of the development and if required he/she would have be conduct User Acceptance Test for Y and Z.

Khalid,

I am doing the Analysis of the Importance of Testing by Tester and the Position of Architect in the company.

1) I am not understand what kind of risk you are trying to tell in your statement.
"risk Y and Z are willing to take inorder to complete the project in time. "

2) Do you think that a developer can test the application like a professional tester? If not how much percentage gap will go with the product?

3) Do you think the only UAT is enough for X to provide a reliable product?

Thanks...
