Currently a student pursuing a degree with a Project Management Minor and will be pursuing my PMP cert this summer. I was wondering if someone can point me towards an accessible Stakeholder engagement plan template for a class assignment? Would greatly appreciate the assistance.

I do not have a template on hand at the moment but typically a stakeholder engagement plan is where you outline you communication strategy, i.e. who you will communicate with, how you will communicate and when you will communicate (frequency).

The input to your engagement plan is your stakeholder analysis where you will define your stakeholders, their needs and their level of influence.

The engagement plan could be either in word or table format, I've done both but found that a combination of the two works best as it gives you the capability to both describe your stakeholders and list the communication preferences of individual stakeholders or stakeholder groups. It is also important to identify whether the stakeholder is internal or external as it will give context to the strategy.

BTW I would just add that it is only for very large projects/programs that you would have a separate engagement plan. For a typical project of small/medium size, things like engagement/communication and risk are included as sections in the project management plan (if you are searching for something)
