The support from management that the value of the project is understood, and the support for the transformation is in place
The amount of change which is need to move the organization from where they currently are to where they need to go
The economic risk that the project maynot produce its project ROI
The business risk related to services, markets or competitors which can have impact on the value of the project being realized
The degree to which this project aligns with the mission and values of the organization
