There is no PMP certificate renewal voucher I know of its usually you have to maintain your 60 PDUs upto date

Once you earn the 60 pdu's, you are able to cycle. There is a fee involved. I am not aware of any voucher. The fee, however, is reduced if a member of PMI. You can find details through PMI website.
