Prophet - 1 -Challenged. 2- A grand vision. 3 -Do a leap of Faith. 4 - Persuasive vision Gambler - 1 -Followed. 2 -A bet. 3 - Gamble a bit and pursue rewards 4 - Potential Reward. Expert - 1 - Challenged. 2 - An analisys. 3 - Listen to be advice act upon this 4 - stay within strategy and Follow analisys. Executor- 1 - Followed. 2 - A sure thing. 3 - Well supported arguments. 4 -Business cases and reports.
According the article, the bottom line is that the diversity of styles offers a competitive advantage in terms of business development, and all four types are necessary pieces of your organizational constellation, even though the optimal dose of each may differ.
