Hello folks- i'm looking for some insights from individuals who have held/ currently hold a technology role in any PMI chapter. What types of initiatives are you currently working on to deliver greater benefits to your members? Just want to get a sense of initiatives in progress.

Chapters usually organize an annual conference lasting one or two days
But there are other initiatives that can be taken, for example: - Organization of an online session where a speaker is invited to speak on a topic for 45 to 60 minutes and then there is a period for debate - Organization of monthly face-to-face sessions lasting one or two hours with the presence of one or 2 speakers. These sessions can be held on Saturday - Organization of dinners debate where there is a main speaker and at the end speaking members-members (who apply for this) for 5 minutes - Work with PMIEF to disseminate the best practices of project management to schools - Organize project management days in companies (to disseminate PMI and best practices in project management) - Conduct interviews with chosen people and put this material online
All initiatives that the chapter's Directorate considers important for the dissemination of PMI and best practices in project management
If you have relationships with Toastmasters you can create a club together with them to support members to develop leadership and communication skills Saving Changes...
