In your opinion, do Project Managers need Client-Partners such as Safe-Haven, Test Field for Tough Prototypes?

Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your opinion

What do you consider complicated? Obtain information on the sample selected for testing?
The complications, Luis, are in the biases of the testers. It's really hard to find a pool of testers that are truly representative of a large segment of the population.

Also, one should remember that while customer input is critical, it shouldn't replace vision to look beyond what customers are asking for.

Remember that old Henry Ford quote about folks asking for faster horses...
This depends on the nature of the stakeholder and how disruptive or innovative the product is. For example, with EVs, some companies heavily used prototypes and pilots to get feedback on desirable and undesirable features.
