Looking for a Statement of Work that you may have already created for a project to move from on-premises to cloud based email. And, if you happen to have just 1 SLA, that would be the icing on the cake. I could not find one on the threads or on projectmanagement.com.

Are you a vendor providing the resources and expertise to migrate the Mail Server?
Or Are you a requestor of services as a client organization that needs an external supplier to perform the work for you? More like a Statement of Request (SOR)?

The way you draft the SOW will differ in the two cases above.
