You can do a poll on the topic :-)

After thinking for a while and since the proposal is to reduce to 3 skills, I would choose:
1. Good Judgment and Prioritization Abilities
2. Effective, Efficient Communication Skills
4. The Ability to Strategize
(assuming that 3 and 6 are included in 2 :-))

Dear Luis ,

Thanks for sharing your opinion, the problem of a poll is that we are limited to one choice.

Hi Alexandre,

These are all important skills. It is very difficult to choose.
If I dare to choose:
1. Good Judgment and Prioritization Abilities
6. The Ability to Empathize with Team Members
7. Risk Management Insights

This choice depends on the character and individuality of the person who chooses.

Hi Reicelyn,

Thank you for you opinion, I'm start seeing than communication is consensual between the participants choices.

Alexandre
2, 3 & 10. 3 will cover off a lot of the missing ones if you have the "right" people on the team, and #2 & 10 are critical for the "people side" of project management.

Dear Alexandre,

As a project manager I would pick the first three 1. Good Judgment and Prioritization Abilities 2. Effective, Efficient Communication Skills 3. Empowers Individuals on the Team. However if my job required me to deal with the business owner I would see have strong business acumen and the ability to strategize as being essential. The first three strengths are basic and essential skills that a project needs to have to be called a project manager. Making decisions, prioritizing, communicating and delegating are required in order to draw up a project management plan and execute it.
