Tools and Technique for which process?

Finding the probability of completing a project under different situations would be a Tools and Technique for which process?

Feels like Quantitative Risk Analysis to me if we are referring to use of Monte Carlo simulation or something similar...

Since we are looking at probability of completing a project under different situations, could we be in "Develop Schedule" process?

Would agree with Kiron here that it belongs to process 11.4..
Looks like it could be simulation (though Monte Carlo applies to 1000s of alternatives, not only several) or decision tree analysis (selecting the best of several alternatives).
