Good afternoon Semonia.

I trust all is well.

The short answer is - there are templates out there for everything - including Statement of Work.

That said, Statement of Work at one organization can mean a Project Charter at another organization or a Business Case at another organization.

Try doing a search for templates on Statement of Work, Project Charter, Business Case. Take a look at the informational requirements of these templates. In the simplest case, you will be able to use one of them for your purpose. In the not so simple case, you may want to customize the structure of your "statement of work" template by incorporating different sections/subsections from these various template samples.

Try to anticipate how your organization could best utilize this document (purpose, audience and informational requirements) for your Statement of Work template and build it accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. Cameron.

Whenever I need to search for reliable templates, I start with Microsoft's Office site

There are a lot of good project management templates submitted by other consulting organizations. PCubed is just one organization that has provided meaningful templates to the Microsoft repository.

Give it a shot!

Thanks!
