Resource Utilization Tracking

I have a team of 37 members and i need to track the resource utilization on a weekly basis. How do i do it?

The question is why?. I hate this type of things (sorry, my personal opinion) but I do that from long time ago. No matter that, we are using time sheets to assign time to active programs/project tasks.

Its not to micro manage the team! Its for the managers to quickly understand the available bandwidth and plan better.

Microsoft Project has a specific report for resource usage. Scales of the report may be adjusted to a weekly basis.

thanks Luis...unfortunately we dont use MS Project...we are JIRA fans!

That is a small enough team of people that you could even use MS Excel with rows for people/assignments & columns for the weeks.
