Hi, When I was studying for a PM paper, I came across an American company, which sold software that would search a contract document and find any instance of key words (such as will, must, shall) and create a database of these paragraphs to be used as a list of deliverables. I can't track down anything like this on the web. Any ideas of what this software is called?

Hi Alan,
The software you are speaking of sounds more like lexicon search software can be used for many things - such as Resume Scanning, Contract Scanning etc..
There are a number of vendors who provide such prodcuts which can be configured to meet a companys needs. Prices vary based on vendor, feature set, support etc..
I don't believe there are any commercial products on the market specifically for Requirements generation based on extraction results. Saving Changes...

Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy."
