Based on your experience - what is a good tool to keep track of project schedule - preferably one that can alert on timelines. I have seen MS Project, Workfront and Trello. Which is your recommendation?

Right now we are using Azure DevOps. But "good" is a subjetive matter that can be translate into objective ones paying attention to your requirements.

MS Project fits my requirements good enough. It is a tool, so it should be supported by a process by which the schedule is propely maintained and updated. The alerts could be set by adding " deadlines" to certain tasks or milestones. If this deadline can not be attained by the due date, an icon is displayed.

What is your current ecosystem? MS Planner inside MS Teams may be an option. Again, really just depends on the organization and the capabilities supported within. GL!

Primavera is a great scheduling tool on so many levels. However, MS project also suits the needs especially with the latest enhancements they did.
