Based on your experience - what is a good tool to keep track of project schedule - preferably one that can alert on timelines. I have seen MS Project, Workfront and Trello. Which is your recommendation?

Although I have used Meisterplan and CA Clarity PPM I keep hoping for a better tool, I keep coming back to Microsoft Project... I have heard Primavera is more powerful and detailed.

In the end, the decision comes down to what you and your organization will use it for and prioritize what is important. For me, workflow, responsiveness, simplicity, and end customer reporting have been the most important.

Primavera is the best. And PM's will love Primavera Cloud. MS Project is great for simpler projects. Primavera Cloud now integrates Risk Analysis as well. But if you go with Primavera Cloud, make sure you have an expert leading the deployment.
