Although I have used Meisterplan and CA Clarity PPM I keep hoping for a better tool, I keep coming back to Microsoft Project... I have heard Primavera is more powerful and detailed.

Primavera is the best. And PM's will love Primavera Cloud. MS Project is great for simpler projects. Primavera Cloud now integrates Risk Analysis as well. But if you go with Primavera Cloud, make sure you have an expert leading the deployment. Saving Changes...
