I was unable to access (I couldn't make the purchase to add to my cart). I contacted customer care and they have told me that the mock exam is only available for candidates in India, so I have been unable to get this valuable resource.

Hi, when I try to start the test I got the following message "You do not have permission to access the page you are trying to view. Contact your administrator if you believe you should have access to the page." any idea why? I just when to the process of checkout, should I wait or the access should be granted after getting the item in my training catalog??
