Hi,
This question usually comes from (bank questions of PMP) , and I the answer choice is to spent time for configuration management plan when more than one sponsor signed for project charter.
The real live is only one sponsor who signed for project charter.
I was curious why only configuration management plan.
(I think such questions comes originally from Rita Mulcahy.) Saving Changes...
When there more than one sponsor signs off on the charter, that indicates that changes are occurring in more than one organization. It is more difficult to maintain configuration control in that case. For example, changes in one organization may impact other organizations as well, and so the change management process must ensure that the right people approve the changes, and that the approved configuration of items are consistent across organizations. Many sponsors can sign the project charter, and this represents more time in configuration management because it means the register, actualization and change control of the information of many particular internal or external sections represented by each sponsor; configuration management also includes the particular task of ensuring that determined changes applied to a section, don't affect the other sections involved. Love can sweep you off your feet and carry you along in a way you've never known before. But the ride always ends, and you end up feeling lonely and bitter. Wait. It's not love I'm describing. I'm thinking of a monorail.
