You have been appointed project manager of a project. The project charter is signed and you have started working on it. As the project is big and involves many stakeholders, you start identifying your project’s stakeholders. The number of identified stakeholders is huge and you are worried about how you will manage such a large number of stakeholders effectively. Fortunately, the PMBOK Guide provides you with many strategies to manage stakeholders under all circumstances. In this case, which of the following models will you not use to develop the stakeholder management strategy?
(a) Salience model
(b) Power / Interest grid
(c) Tornado diagram
(d) Influence / Impact grid

c - this is not a stakeholder T&T but a tool under sensitivity analysis as used in Risk Management

Although it would be cool to see the sensitivity of specific project success objectives to the relative efforts of the different stakeholders:-)

This is a very straight forward question, its definitely C.

Tornado Diagram is related to the sensitivity analysis which has to do with Risk Management.

Mansour, this section in PMBoK states that 'salience model is useful for large complex communities of stakeholders ...'.
The question is asking for a model you will NOT use for this though. So A cannot be a correct answer.
