Do you have any project review template to share ?
I have a portfolio of around 20 projects to manage and I'm looking for interesting way to present them on a regular basis.
Thank you for your help

John -

You should poll your key stakeholders to find out what specific qualitative and quantitative measures are important to them and construct a report based on that.

I am using IBMs 7keys method to review projects and report status.

Here an example

IBM uses it since 2001 when they acquired PwC who invented 7keys.
