I had taken one course from out source and it is mentioned in the certificate that they are registered with PMI. I got 1.25 PDU after completing this course.
Is this certificate accepted by PMI and how i will record PDU in PMI?

PDU is what you need to renew the certification when you have earned it. To apply for the certification you do not need PDUs. That´s because in my previous post I recommended you read and understand the handbook.

PDUs only accrue once you have passed the exam for one of PMI's credentials. Assuming you don't have any PMI certifications, then what you are gathering is contact hours.
In general, you'd want to acquire these from a reputable training provider who would provide a certificate, a course agenda and other proof of completion in case your application gets audited.
Webinars "may" be eligible, but I'd suggest contacting PMI's customer support team to confirm that. They are definitely okay for PDUs but contact hours may be a different issue.

It's definitely worth checking out. I, for one, always relied on university courses for my contact hours.

Muhammad,
I agree with Kiron. It's Contact hours what you are seeking.
It will be lot easier, if you contact your local PMI chapter in this regards. Saving Changes...
