Webnar timings are normally in EST or some other time zones.
Is it possible that it show me in GMT time zone

If you go to google you can use a converter for the times

searching google is the option, but i mean there is no regional time setting given for webinar. As I am in saudia, so the webinar timing should give me as per my location. But this is not the case i have seen.

As the community platform is changing, this would be a good requirement to add to the backlog for the new one.
