Sensible precautions is the approach that most people I know involved in any travel as part of their work are going by.
Unfortunately this sort of outbreak are nothing uncommon and in some parts of the world is always an ongoing cause for concern.
Avoiding unnecessary travel. If travel is necessary a Medical before leaving and upon returning to your home country. Avoiding local cuisine and dishes if possible. Only meet with persons designated necessary for conduct of business and avoid alcohol and foods that could lower your immune system Also have a designated medical contact both at home and abroad in case of emergencies.
Taking practical and necessary steps can lower the the risks for yourself, your work colleagues and your family.
The impact of the Corona Virus is continue to increases as case are diagnosed further away from the original sources.
At this point in time people are avoiding travel from infected areas, to affected areas and areas still all clear.
Remote tools allow continuation of projects and if necessary extensions to contracts when its impossible to replace people in infected areas.
Most people seem to be working around the problem using the tools available and practical knowledge when necessary.

Japan just closed all schools, and the spread in countries throughout Europe, APAC, and the middle east is ramping up, with the US anticipating spread.
While I agree with Daire that travel-related considerations are appropriate, frankly substantial absenteeism and project delays should likely be baked into all risk planning.

The impact of Coronavirus in my projects has been none. And I do not anticipate any change unless there would be a virus outbreak in the vicinity, which is highly unlikely (latest news say that virus will be worldwide fully contained within the next 4 weeks, so we are already on the downhill phase).

As someone whose primary role is teaching and presenting, while I don't expect much impact on my classes, conferences may be impacted and those which rely heavily on "out of towners" might be much smaller or even cancelled.
It will be interesting to see what PMI does with some of their global conferences this year such as EMEA and GC...

The project that I am involved in requires personnel to travel to site from every corner of the globe. Most 90+% of the people must travel by plane to get close, and then take a train, bus, or catch a ride to make it the remainder of the way. None have reported any unusual travel difficulties.
Also, there have not been any delays in obtaining the procurement items we need. Many of the steel components we use are made in the United States as that is a quality control demand by the client. Many of our electronic related devices have already been obtained, or would come from the Scandinavian region.

Hello Asif: No impact to my projects yet. Hospitals are asking more detailed questions about travel and symptoms upon admission and following established protocols based on responses and symptoms, but overall no other Coronavirus impact at this point to my projects.

I don't know the worldwide impacts, and I'm sure it varies by region, but so far the flu has had a much greater impact than the coronavirus.
I hope Corona doesn't become nearly as bad as they're predicting. I'd be more concerned except we seem to have scary viruses every few years, such as avian flu or swine flu, and although they're bad if you get them, they've never led to the apocalypse that the new companies want us to believe is coming.
That said, we've seen some supply issues related to Corona, or more specifically, related to the response to Corona. Even though the flu has infected (and killed!) more people in my region, we don't quarantine entire towns over flu outbreaks.
