Look at the bottom of the web page. Under CONTENT, click Submit Content. It should provide you directions on how to submit an article.

Looking forward to reading them. (Assuming I can translate them properly.)

The only way to do that I guess to follow what Stephane's mentioned. It will be interesting to see a post in Arabic, never seen one yet here before. Keep us posted when you publish it.
