Hello everyone,
As AI-based solutions are being widely developped to support decisions and predictions in many areas, I was wondering if anyone knows or has heard about such a solution applied to project management. I will also be happy to hear how you think AI might help improving project management practices

Thanks

I've been in contact with a couple of fellows who have started a company called Gossik to develop an AI-based solution for project managers - they are in the early stages of their startup but it looks promising so far.

In general, AI can help in two ways:

1. Reducing the administrative burden which PMs have to shoulder so they can focus more on strategic activities

2. Providing decision support to help PMs and senior stakeholders make good decisions

Here is one example of its application from PM Network magazine: https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/becht...aprojects-11404

Thanks for your reply Kiron. Nice to know others are working on this topic. I am also working on building such a solution and I think the biggest challenge will be to extract past project's data in order to train models
