I sat my pmp 27/02/2020 and failed. I wish to resit it late May. What advise would you give me ? The exam was only full of situational qns and no EVA qns. got on target for Monitoring and Controlling domain, and above target on closing. The rest got need improvement. What would be your informed advise ?

Sorry to hear that but don't feel discouraged. I suggest you revisit the areas where you scored low and study from the following resources:

1) Besides PMBOK, Rita Exam Prep Book

2) Simulation exams for RMC Fast Track or PM PrepCast. They both have exams by domain. Practice as much as you can and read all answers so you learn better.

Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hi John,

Sorry to hear about that, however you can re-test again in June.
I would like to make my PMP on April-2020. I need to know the percentage of question for Agile ?.
The Exam after 1st of July -2020 will be also more and more difficult, thus why I need do it in the next 3 months.
Do you mean should I take the other simulator (rather than project Academy ) becuz I plan to take PMSpair simulator?
Please your thought on this issue?
Thanks in advance.

For anyone preparing/ taking PMP Exam in near future:
I had prepared some and took exam a year back and didn't make it. I took it in 2021 and prepared between 60 to 90 days properly. Used all the pointers I could find.
The main point is - Know how to use what you learn. Not just learning the terms and process and knowledge areas.
Know what is used, produced, needed, when and where. What are the inputs and outputs and have an overall idea of the flow.
